Since 1950, MMO has been designing, manufacturing and distributing hospital beds and furniture for health and social care facilities (nursing homes, long-term care units, aftercare and rehabilitation, hospitals, etc.).
Based in the town of Vitré in Brittany, MMO is committed to manufacturing products of French origin and works to promote its French industrial know-how.

MMO’s takeover by a Brittany-based investor in April 2019 marked the beginning of a new chapter.
Based in Rennes, Alian Industries has been a private equity company for 30 years, funding SMEs in growth or turnaround phase. It currently supports some ten industrial companies in various fields, most of which are located in the Grand Ouest region.
